Receptionist

A Receptionist is required for a primary school in South Durham. This is a term-time only, temporary ongoing position, providing reception and administrative support.

A welcoming primary school with a busy administration function, requiring an organised and approachable Receptionist to support the day-to-day running of the school office.

The Role

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing reception, telephone calls and visitors
• Supporting the day-to-day operation of the school office
• Assisting with school events, scheduling and general administration
• Supporting the Senior Administrator
• Providing a professional and welcoming service to pupils, parents, staff and visitors

Experience Required

• Strong admin skills
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
• Friendly, professional manner with excellent attention to detail
• Subject to an enhanced DBS

Remuneration

£13.50 per hour
