Junior EA / PA to Founder - Growing Business

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a bright, proactive and highly organised Junior EA / PA to support the Founder of a growing business operating across brands, hospitality, wellness, interiors and creative projects.

This is a predominantly home-based role with flexibility rather than rigid office hours, alongside occasional visits to studios in Surrey, meetings, launches, shoots and events. As the business grows, there is significant opportunity for the role to develop into a trusted right-hand position.

About the Role

You will provide administrative and organisational support across the business, including diary and inbox management, research projects, travel and meeting coordination, supplier liaison, event support, presentations, spreadsheets and general operational assistance. The role will also occasionally include personal and family administration.

About You

You are highly organised, efficient and dependable, with a proactive approach and a willingness to get stuck into whatever needs doing. You are culturally aware, interested in brands, hospitality, wellness and current trends, and have strong judgement and communication skills. Comfortable working independently, you are confident researching solutions, learning new systems and representing the Founder professionally and discreetly.
