London, Mayfair Temporary

Our client, a prestigious international organisation with a portfolio of businesses across the UAE, is looking for a polished and proactive Office Runner to provide temporary cover at their Mayfair office.

This is a small, newly established office with a team of four, so the environment is relatively quiet. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the office is welcoming, well presented and that colleagues and visitors receive a high level of hospitality. 

Dates of cover needed: September 16th, 17th, 21st, 22nd, and 30th. Candidates must be available for all dates.

Key Office Runner Responsibilities:

• Greeting clients and visitors warmly and professionally
• Preparing meeting rooms ahead of meeting, clearing and resetting meeting rooms afterwards
• Preparing and serving tea, coffee and traditional Arabic coffee
• Responding promptly when visitors arrive at reception
• Anticipating the needs of colleagues and visitors without requiring constant direction
• Keeping the office tidy, organised and presentable throughout the day
• Assisting with other light office tasks when required

The ideal Office Runner will have:

• Previous experience in an office, front-of-house, hospitality or similar environment
• A polished, professional and personable manner
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation
• Strong initiative and the ability to work independently
• An understanding of professional and cultural etiquette
• A discreet, reliable and service-oriented approach
