Facilities Supervisor (Mandarin Speaking)

📍 Barking | 💷 £50,000 - £52,000 + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of our facilities. Reporting to the HR & Administration Manager, you will ensure our sites remain compliant, well-maintained, and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee building maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and site operations.


• Manage external contractors and service providers.


• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and conduct site inspections.


• Travel between sites to support projects and maintenance requirements.


• Act as the main point of contact for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.


• Maintain maintenance records, compliance documentation, and contractor performance reports.


• Support facilities projects and provide out-of-hours assistance when required.

About You

• Previous experience in a Facilities Supervisor, Coordinator, or Facilities Management role.


• Fluent in English and Mandarin.


• Strong understanding of facilities operations and Health & Safety compliance.


• Excellent communication and organisational skills.


• Full UK Driving Licence essential.
