About the role
ONGOING TEMP ROLE - DISPATCH ADMIN / AGENT
Location: Bellshill
Pay Rate: £15.32 per hour
Shift Pattern: 02:00 - 10:00, Monday to Friday
We're recruiting for a Dispatch Administrator / Agent to join a busy team in Bellshill.
This role would suit someone with previous transport/dispatch experience or a strong administrative background looking for a fast-paced operational role.
Important:
The hours are fixed at 02:00 - 10:00, Monday to Friday. Applicants must be able to commit to these hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Briefing and debriefing drivers
- Monitoring vehicle and driver activity
- Reporting delays and route issues
- Managing breakdowns and VORs
- Completing daily driver compliance checks
- Using dispatch and tracking systems
- General administration and filing duties
Flexibility Required:
As part of a small team, occasional cover for holidays and sickness may be required.
