Content Creator Intern – Full-Time Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Shoot and create engaging content using a phone or camera.
2. Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and help bring concepts to life.
3. Assist with scripting, shot planning, framing, lighting, and basic direction.
4. Create content suited for formats such as:
   • Reels
   • Short-form videos
   • Behind-the-scenes content
   • Social media
5. Stay updated on content trends and adapt them creatively for different requirements.

Specific Expertise Required

• Strong interest in social media, digital content, and emerging trends.
• Comfortable working both behind and in front of the camera.
• Good understanding of hooks, storytelling, transitions, pacing, and visual presentation.
• Ability to convert a basic idea into a simple script or shot list.
• Comfortable shooting using smartphones and/or DSLR cameras.
• Basic video editing skills would be an advantage but are not mandatory.
• Creative, eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and able to work independently.

Technical / Functional Skills

• Full-time, in-person internship.
• Candidates should be comfortable with regular content shoots and hands-on creative work.
• A portfolio or examples of previously created content such as reels, YouTube Shorts, social media videos, or other creative work will be preferred.
