Salary – €45K - €50K Plus Package

About the Role:

Our client based in County Meath is currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join their team. This role you will be required to travel at least 20-30% of the time and the rest would be on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead category management strategy across major retail customers.
• Optimize the sales process, including refining forecasting, CRM usage, and lead generation, notes.
• Build and manage strong buyer relationships.
• Deliver insight-led range, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Identify growth opportunities across existing and new markets.
• Manage budgets, set sales goals, and ensure profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, and technical teams.

Experience Required:        

• Proven experience in FMCG category management or senior commercial roles.
• Proven track record in sales, often with 5+ years of experience and previous management experience.
• Strong understanding of retail dynamics and customer management.
• Highly analytical with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fresh produce experience is not essential, but would be a distinct advantage.
