Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, Buckingham, Buckinghamshire Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming independent school nursery, supporting children aged 12 months to 4 years.Set within beautiful rural surroundings, this school offers a nurturing environment where young children can develop confidence, independence and a love of learning. The Role:Provide high-quality childcare in a safe, stimulating and nurturing nursery environment.Support children's physical, emotional, social and intellectual development.Plan engaging activities, observe progress and maintain accurate developmental records.Build positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues.Promote safeguarding, positive behaviour and children's wellbeing. Requirements:Essential: Level 3 NVQ in Childcare or an equivalent/higher recognised qualification.Previous nursery or Early Years experience.Good knowledge of safeguarding, child development and health and safety.A warm, patient and proactive approach to supporting young children.
