Office Assistant - Real Estate Investment

We have a fantastic opportunity for a bright and proactive Office Assistant to join a highly successful and growing real estate investment firm, based in smart offices in Central London. This is a varied, hands-on role combining team support, office operations and light HR responsibilities. Alongside diary management, travel, meeting coordination and general administrative support, the Office Assistant will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, liaising with suppliers, managing facilities and being a go-to person across the team. Working closely with the wider Admin Team, you will also support with employee onboarding, coordinating IT, access and training for new starters, as well as assisting with wider people and office initiatives.
