Our client is a market leader in the Online Property Sector – a fast sale estate agency and property cash buying company providing national coverage.

They are expanding and want to increase their Sales Progression Team – they are so busy and need another 2 on the Team!

You will be a confident and experienced Conveyancing or Sales Progressor who is used to managing your own personal portfolio of properties throughout the UK, progressing these to completion in a timely manner.

We would also love applications from Sales Negotiators with at least one year’s experience who want to take that next step in their career and move to a Progressor role.

So your Estate Agency or Conveyancing experience will truly progress your career here!

Your day to day role will be:

Looking after a manageable portfolio and exchanging a targeted number of properties – a target which our current Sales Progressors are achieving comfortably.

Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and other estate agents.

Sending out memos, chasing access calls, dealing with surveys & renegotiations, helping clients fill out paperwork, speaking to solicitors, and anything that is required to progress the file to the point of exchange.

Update and maintain notes for your portfolio, and keep clients constantly and fully updated with the progress.

Upsell some of our recommended financial services/solicitors and get paid generously for these.

Organising your own daily workflow – my client commits to getting their files to exchange as quickly as possible so it’s important to keep all of your plates spinning!

What`s in it for you?

A generous basic salary with a competitive, genuinely uncapped, achievable and transparent commission structure. Basic of £24K with £500 per month for 3 months whilst you build your bonus on your completed files.

It’s Monday to Friday – 9 to 5.30pm- no weekends!
