This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established FMCG manufacturing business based in Kings Norton.Working within a fast-paced production environment, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, and breakdown repairs across a range of production machinery and equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and operational efficiency.This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer looking to join a stable business offering a £40,000 salary and a Monday-to-Friday day shift, providing an excellent work-life balance.Sector: FMCG / Food & Consumer Goods Manufacturing Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Engineer Maintenance engineering experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.Hands-on experience carrying out planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory. Essential Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding experience.Experience working with production machinery and industrial equipment.A recognised engineering qualification or relevant equivalent experience.Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment. Desirable Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within the UK manufacturing sector.Previous experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment.Knowledge of preventative maintenance systems and continuous improvement.
