Weāre looking for a Product Director to lead Flex into its next phase of growth.
This is a high-impact, deeply commercial role at the intersection of product and credit. Youāll define how we scale borrowing responsibly, expand into new segments, and continue building products customers genuinely love.
Youāll work closely with Engineering, Credit, Data, Design, and senior leadership to identify new opportunities, optimise performance across complex segments, and deliver at pace.
