About the role
We are recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join a well known clothing retailer in South Ockendon with good transport links, onsite parking, and temp to perm opportunity available!!
Hours & Shifts: 4 on 4 off working 5am-5pm (0500-1700)
Pay Rate: £15.47 per hour (overtime after 40 hours @ £23.21 per hour)
As Transport Administrator you will be working in a clean, bright and modern warehouse/ office environment undertaking any of the following duties:

As Transport Administrator you will be working in a clean, bright and modern warehouse/ office environment undertaking any of the following duties:
- Completing service documents
- Updating the fleet planner
- Scheduling vehicle services
- Maintaining 15 months of vehicle documentation
- Liaising with external vendors
- Updating defect records
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following:
- Previous experience in an Administrator role or similar
- IT Literate with good knowledge of Excel and Google spreadsheets would be useful
- Ability to work in a targeted environment
- Excellent attention to detail
