Trainee / Improver Vehicle Technician (£35k Basic + Bonus | On-Site Training | No Weekends)

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic per annum (dependent on experience) + £4,000 annual team bonus (£34,000 – £39,000 Realistic OTE)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full 1-hour lunch break | STRICTLY 100% WEEKEND-FREE)

Role Overview

Seeking an eager Vehicle Technician, Improver, or Trainee to carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repair work while gaining hands-on, paid training alongside Master Technicians to master advanced diagnostics.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or equivalent time-served workshop experience).
• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in an independent garage, main dealer, or fast-fit environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine hunger to upskill into high-level diagnostics.
• Full UK driving licence & basic hand tools.

Location & Commute

• Base: Royal Tunbridge Wells area (Free secure on-site parking)
• Road Links: Strategic position directly off the A21 / A26 corridors.
• Commutable From: Tonbridge (10 mins), Paddock Wood (15 mins), Sevenoaks (20 mins), Crowborough (20 mins), Maidstone (25 mins), and Pembury.
