PDI & Service Vehicle Technician (£36k Basic | Relaxed Workshop | Great Pay)

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: Up to £36,000 guaranteed basic per annum + performance bonus (most technicians earn an extra £500 – £600 per month)
• Guaranteed Bonus: £500 guaranteed extra per month for your first 3 months to help you settle in smoothly
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with weekend arrangements where applicable)

Role Overview

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Repair (or 6+ months hands-on workshop/PDI experience).
• A clean, efficient work style with a passion for straightforward servicing and vehicle prep.
• Valid DVSA MOT Smart Card is a bonus, but completely optional.
• Full UK driving licence & own standard hand tools.

• Base: Gillingham area (Free secure on-site parking)
• Road Links: Prime position directly accessible via the A2 and M2, offering an easy commute across Medway and Kent.
• Public Transport: Excellent access via Gillingham and Rainham mainline railway stations and local bus routes.
• Commutable From: Gillingham, Chatham, Rochester, Strood, Sittingbourne, Rainham, Faversham, and Maidstone.
