You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across designated areas of the school.Your duties will include:Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, staff rooms and other designated areas.Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.Cleaning and sanitising toilets, washrooms and other communal facilities.Wiping down desks, tables, surfaces and frequently touched areas.Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.Replenishing cleaning materials and hygiene supplies when required.Using cleaning products and equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.Reporting any maintenance issues, damage or health and safety concerns to the appropriate member of staff.Following the school's cleaning procedures, health and safety guidance and safeguarding requirements.Working independently and as part of a team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is conscientious, dependable and committed to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
