Van Mobile Maintenance Engineer – Facilities Management – Bracknell, Basingstoke, Slough and Reading Areas

My client is a leading facilities management service provider who is seeking a Van Mobile Maintenance Engineer to undertake planned maintenance works alongside occasional reactive calls across 4 x Commercial Office sites

Key Duties:

• Ensure that all planned and reactive tasks, electrical and compliance tasks are completed to schedule, such as fire alarm tests, emergency lighting, PAT testing, etc.
• Produce clear and concise written reports and time sheets promptly.
• Ensure the provision of a Safe and Healthy working environment.
• Diagnosing and fixing issues with sockets, lighting, switches, and local distribution boards
• Preventing downtime that would disrupt tenants’ work

Work Schedule:

• Two days based in Bracknell offices (client's head office)
• Two days based in Slough offices (client's research lab)
• One day alternative between Reading offices and Basingstoke offices

Salary and package:

• £43,500.00 + £1200.00 Call Out = £44,770.00 Per Annum
• Company Van + Fuel Card
• Monday to Friday / 8 till 5
• 1 / 4 Call out
• 08:00 to 17:00
• 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
• 3% Company Pension Scheme
