Key Responsibilities:
As a SEN Class Teacher based in the Wirral, your daily duties will include:

Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
Working closely with Teaching Assistants, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to support pupil progress.
Developing communication, social, and independence skills through personalised learning programmes.
Monitoring and recording pupil progress, adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
Promoting a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that values every pupil’s achievements.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a SEN Class Teacher, you will need:

A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., QTS).
Experience working with pupils with SEND, preferably in a special or inclusive setting.
A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Patience, resilience, and a compassionate approach to supporting pupils with diverse needs.
