Senior Residential Conveyancer

A highly successful and expanding law firm are seeking to appoint an accomplished Senior Residential Conveyancer.Job Description: In this role, you will be managing a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters. You will be updating customers throughout the process and managing the conveyancing process ensuring a smooth-running process and swift exchange and completion.   Duties will include: The successful candidate will already be experienced, dealing with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing transactions including, but not limited to:

• Competently, confidently, and consistently undertake all key functions within a conveyancing transaction
• To be able to handle Freehold, Leasehold, Unregistered, New Build, and Shared Ownership sale and purchase transactions with minimal supervision
• Drafting non-standard correspondence competently
• Supervise paralegals with systems and processes to ensure the efficient running of a transaction
• Utilising our computerised case-management system - Proclaim
• Deliver exceptional client care

Skills & Experience Required:

• Thorough working knowledge and experience in Conveyancing matters, to be able to build relationships and act confidently for a range of clients and stakeholders
• Good interpersonal and organisational skills
• Self-motivated with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Good risk management skills, complying with regulatory requirements, such as money laundering and data protection
• Good file management procedures
• Remain up to date with changes in the law and conveyancing procedures
• Experience in working with Case Management systems
• Ensure individual and team targets are met
• Passion for providing high-quality service, client focus
• Previous management experience would be advantageous
