About the Role

Bradley David Associates is recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing and established business, covering sites mainly across Essex and surrounding areas.

Location: Essex – Mobile Role
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 DOE
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

This is a mobile position suited to an experienced AC Engineer who is confident carrying out installs, service, maintenance, fault finding and repairs across a variety of air conditioning systems.

This is a real opportunity to develop a new arm of a well established business.

Key Responsibilities

• Installs, service, maintain and repair air conditioning systems
• Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Attend reactive breakdowns and call-outs
• Work on split, multi-split and VRV/VRF systems
• Carry out refrigerant checks and associated works
• Complete service reports and relevant documentation
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Liaise professionally with customers while attending sites
• Identify additional remedial works where required

Experience & Requirements

• Previous experience working as an Air Conditioning Engineer / AC Engineer
• Strong install, service, maintenance and fault-finding experience
• Relevant air conditioning/refrigeration qualifications desirable
• Good understanding of residential and commercial air conditioning systems
• Full UK driving licence
• Comfortable working independently across multiple customer sites
