Warehouse Operative – PPT OR LLOP EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL | Rugby CV23 9LP | 4 on, 4 off – Days | Long Term Opportunities

We’re recruiting Warehouse Operatives with PPT or LLOP experience for a leading logistics provider in a brand new warehouse in Rugby.

Previous PPT or LLOP experience is essential to be considered.

Pay Rates: 4 on, 4 off – Days 

• Days (6am–6pm): £13.83 per hour

Role Overview:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be working in a warehouse environment stocking home and garden items from a well‑known high street brand. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Picking a variety of home and garden items using a voice‑pick system
• Operating a PPT or LLOP to pick items from locations and move stock around the warehouse
• Working to targets and achieving set pick rates

We are keen to hear from applicants who have:

• Previous PPT or LLOP experience – ESSENTIAL
• Warehouse Operative, Order Picker, or similar experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
• The role requires candidates to undergo a basic DBS check as part of the process.
