About the role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on General Manager to lead a high-energy Entertainment & Leisure venue.
Reporting directly to the Divisional Operations Director, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the venue, ensuring consistently high standards across customer experience, team performance, health & safety, financial performance and operational delivery.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you will be expected to lead from the front, working closely alongside your management team and wider venue team, particularly during peak trading periods, weekends and evenings.
You will play a key role in developing a strong, motivated team while creating an environment where employees can perform at their best and guests receive an exceptional experience every time they visit.
