General Assistant

Location: Dundee

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Contract: 2-week temporary assignment starting Monday 12th October, with potential for extension

Shifts: 10:00am - 6:00pm, available 7 days per week

The Role:

As a General Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a fun, safe, and welcoming experience for visitors. Duties will include:

• Welcoming guests and providing excellent customer service
• Supervising activity areas and monitoring safety procedures
• Assisting with front desk check-ins and visitor enquiries
• Supporting children and families throughout the venue
• Rotating across various zones to maintain a positive and energetic environment
• Helping parents find suitable viewing areas and assisting with guest needs

What We Are Looking For:

• Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude
• High energy levels and enthusiasm for working with children and families
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided
