Key Responsibilities:• Manage customers seamlessly from initial enquiry through to completed kitchen design and sale.• Create detailed, high-quality kitchen designs and layouts tailored to client requirements.• Produce professional CAD presentations to help customers visualise their dream kitchen.• Prepare detailed quotations and comprehensive sales presentations.• Proactively follow up on leads and enquiries to maximise conversion rates.• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers throughout the design and sales process.• Collaborate closely with project management and installation teams to deliver a smooth customer journey.• Maintain up-to-date expert knowledge across kitchen ranges, appliances, worktops, and associated furniture.
Requirements:• Proven track record of successful sales performance within the kitchen industry.• Previous experience working as a hands-on Kitchen Designer.• Proficiency with CAD design software (experience with Winner CAD is highly beneficial).• Strong commercial acumen with a passion for creative design and customer satisfaction.• Excellent communication, presentation, and pipeline management skills.• Full UK driving licence.
