Salary: £50,000–£65,000 per annum (experience dependent) + performance bonuses

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated CIW Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in Hollywell. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs within a supportive and expanding organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
As a CIW Registered Manager based in Hollywell, your daily duties will include:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the children’s residential home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all young people.
Driving CIW regulatory compliance and maintaining outstanding inspection standards.
Leading safeguarding initiatives and developing individualised care plans for young people with complex needs.
Managing and supporting staff teams, fostering a positive and professional working environment.
Collaborating with external agencies, families, and stakeholders to promote the best outcomes for children.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a CIW Registered Manager, you will need:

Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care (or actively working towards it).
Proven experience in a similar setting, with a strong track record of delivering quality outcomes for children with complex needs.
Strong knowledge of CIW regulatory standards and safeguarding requirements.
Eligibility for CIW Registered Manager registration.
