About You

You will have extensive experience in community Occupational Therapy, triage, and complex clinical decision-making, together with the ability to support and develop colleagues through mentoring and professional leadership.

You will be confident applying advanced clinical reasoning, managing competing priorities, and delivering strengths-based, person-centred services that place individuals at the centre of decision-making.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current HCPC registration.
  • Significant post-qualification experience within Adult Social Care or Community Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience providing clinical leadership or senior-level support within an Occupational Therapy service.
