Interim HR Manager South West London / Surrey Border£222 per day | 36 hours per weekInitial 3-month temporary assignment | Immediate start We are recruiting an experienced HR Manager to join a large, multi-site education organisation on an initial 3-month temporary assignment. This is a hands-on HR role with a strong focus on Employee Relations and case management. Working closely with Managers across the organisation, you will provide practical HR advice and support across a range of live employee relations matters. Key responsibilities will include:Managing and supporting a varied caseload of Employee Relations mattersAdvising Managers on performance and capability issuesSupporting absence management casesManaging disciplinary and grievance processesProviding clear and practical advice in line with HR policies and employment legislationSupporting Managers to ensure cases are progressed appropriately and within agreed timescalesMaintaining accurate case records and HR documentationSupporting the wider HR team as required About you:You will be an experienced HR professional who is confident managing Employee Relations cases and advising Managers at all levels. You will ideally have:CIPD Level 5 qualification or aboveStrong hands-on Employee Relations and case management experienceGood working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practiceExperience supporting performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance casesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to manage multiple live cases and competing prioritiesPrevious experience within education, the public sector or a large multi-site organisation would be advantageous You will need to be available immediately or at very short notice and able to commit to the initial 3-month assignment. If you have the relevant experience and are available to start immediately or at short notice, please apply with your CV for consideration.
