About the role
Diagnose, service and repair modern vehicles to manufacturer standards as part of a skilled workshop team at a franchised main dealer.
Up to £39,800 OTE | £1,500 sign-on bonus | Uncapped bonus
A well-established manufacturer franchised dealership in Salisbury is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join its workshop team. Diagnostics and fault-finding will be your speciality. You’ll work alongside a knowledgeable, supportive team and receive ongoing manufacturer training.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and fault-find on modern vehicles and identify the work required
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Work with service advisors and other departments so jobs are completed on time
- Complete all work safely and in line with dealership, manufacturer and industry standards
- Deliver work to a standard that keeps customers satisfied
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or equivalent experience as a Vehicle Technician
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Able to work on your own initiative and manage your time well
- Main dealer or premium-brand experience preferred
- Full UK driving licence
