Production Operative

£27,500 - £32,000 per annum
Monday to Friday | 7:00am - 3:30pm
Full-time | Permanent

Are you an experienced Production or Manufacturing Operative who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in producing quality products?

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Production / Assembly Operative to join a busy and supportive manufacturing team.

We're looking for someone with previous manufacturing or production experience, a good mechanical aptitude and excellent attention to detail. You'll play an important part in assembling products to specification and ensuring high quality standards are maintained throughout production.

What will you be doing?

• Assembling products in line with company specifications


• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards


• Following technical instructions, SOPs and work instructions


• Accurately recording production output


• Identifying and reporting any issues or defects


• Working closely with your team to achieve production goals


• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment


• Following all company health and safety procedures

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment is essential


• Practical, hands-on approach with good mechanical aptitude


• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality


• Ability to follow technical instructions accurately


• Reliable and able to work effectively in a busy environment


• A positive team player who enjoys working collaboratively
