We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a new-build community/leisure centre project in Ellesmere Port.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme and ensuring works are delivered safely and to a high standard.
Experience required:
* Strong Site Management experience on new-build projects
* Groundworks and substructure
* Steel frame construction
* Cladding/external envelope
* Managing subcontractors and site logistics
* Maintaining health & safety, quality and programme requirements
* Good IT skills and confident using site management/reporting systems
Essential qualifications:
* SMSTS
* CSCS
* First Aid
This is a 43-week contract, starting 19th October, offering a good length of work for an experienced Site Manager with a strong new-build background.
