Warehouse Operative/Van Driver - Bracknell

We are currently recruiting experienced, full‑time Warehouse Operative / Van Driver for our client based in the Bracknell (RG12) area.

We are looking for individuals with previous warehouse experience who are ready to join a fast‑paced and supportive team.

Key Information

• Job Title: Warehouse Operative / Van Driver
• Location: Bracknell (RG12)
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm
• Pay Rate: £15.11 per hour
• Contract: Tempoary ongoing - Full-time hours
• Requirement: A Basic DBS check must be completed prior to starting

Main Duties

• Support the Team Leader and colleagues with daily operational tasks
• Conduct inventory control and cycle counting
• Process goods-in activities
• Pick and pack goods for outbound shipments
• Work to agreed SLAs and KPIs
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Process outbound materials/orders in line with work instructions
• Communicate effectively with other teams to provide a high-quality service

Required Skills & Experience

• Holds a catergory B driving license with 0 points
• Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience
• Experience using WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Confident numerical ability
• Experience in stock picking, packing and shipping
• Skilled in inventory control and cycle counting
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to multitask
• Reliable and able to complete tasks efficiently
