About the role
Further to a face to face meeting with our client, we are instructed on a new opportunity with its Aviation team, which is looking for a Senior Associate or Director to help to shape one of the UK’s most exciting Aviation Disputes and Regulatory practices.
You will work closely with the Partners in a collaborative, ambitious team, recognised by both Chambers UK and The Legal 500.
You will work with leading airlines, lessors and aviation businesses on high-value, complex matters across UK and internationally, including:
- Aviation disputes in the High Court, Court of Appeal and international arbitration forum
- Cutting-edge aviation regulatory work across UK, European and international framework
- Emerging areas, including sustainable aviation, advanced transport technology, autonomy and space.
You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, to build strong client relationships and to play a key role in a fast-growing practice that is increasingly winning work traditionally handled by international firms.
If you are an Aviation Disputes and/or Regulatory solicitor, who is looking for high-quality work, genuine responsibility and a supportive culture with real flexibility, get in touch with us for further details.
