About the role
A leading boutique litigation firm in London is seeking an ambitious Commercial Disputes Associate (5+PQE) to join its highly regarded disputes practice.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of complex, high-value contentious matters for an impressive client base, including corporates, financial institutions, funds and high-net-worth individuals. The team is involved in sophisticated commercial litigation, competition disputes, shareholder disputes, contractual claims, fraud-related matters and cross-border disputes.
The successful candidate will:
- Be Common Law qualified with 5+ years’ PQE gained at a recognised disputes practice
- Have experience handling complex commercial litigation matters
- Demonstrate strong technical, drafting and case management skills
- Enjoy direct client contact and taking responsibility on matters
- Thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
In return, the firm offers:
- High-quality, intellectually stimulating work
- A genuine opportunity for career progression
- Significant responsibility and client exposure
- A supportive and collegiate culture
- Competitive remuneration package.
This role would suit a commercially minded disputes Lawyer looking to move away from a large platform into a specialist litigation practice, or an existing boutique Lawyer seeking a step up in the quality and profile of work.
