Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Learning Support Assistant, your daily duties will include:

Providing classroom support to teachers and pupils, ensuring a positive learning environment.
Assisting with occasional class cover to maintain continuity of teaching.
Offering one-to-one support for pupils with special educational needs, helping them achieve their full potential.
Supporting the school’s inclusive ethos by promoting respect and independence among pupils.
Contributing to the overall wellbeing and safety of children in line with safeguarding policies.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Learning Support Assistant, you will need:

A relevant qualification or experience in supporting children’s learning.
Confident and positive communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues.
Organisational skills and a caring, enthusiastic approach.
Eligibility to work in the UK; a full enhanced DBS check will be required.
