Registered Manager – Children's EBD Residential Home - Oadby - Up to £60,0000Oadby, LeicestershireSalary: £60,000 base | OTE up to £65,000We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead an established 4-bed residential home for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) based in Oadby, Leicestershire.The home is fully operational with a committed staff team already in place, so you can hit the ground running from day one.About the RoleAs Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, day-to-day management, and regulatory compliance of the home.
