Amour Recruitment is delighted to be working with an independent company based in Portsmouth who are looking for a bright, organised and numerically minded Administrator to join their busy and friendly team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being busy, likes working with numbers and has a cracking personality that will fit right in with the team!

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Raising purchase orders
• Processing and matching invoices
• Managing payments to HMRC
• General administration and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative duties
• Working in a busy environment where no two days are quite the same

We're looking for someone who is:

• Numerically confident and comfortable working with figures
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, proactive and keen to get stuck in
• A great communicator with a positive, friendly personality

Salary : £27,000–£28,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm (all office based, no working from home offered!)
