The company also offers hybrid working and a range of employee benefits.

The role and responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Portfolio Management Surveyor, you will support the property management team with financial administration, reporting and the coordination of landlord and tenant matters.

As the Property Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

* Preparing management reports, tenancy schedules and property documentation, ensuring records and property management systems remain accurate.

* Managing utility and business rates enquiries, tracking rates mitigation opportunities and monitoring landlord costs.

* Supporting arrears management, including preparing transaction reports, processing write-offs and liaising with finance and credit control teams.

* Assisting with service charge budgets, reconciliations, apportionments and insurance renewal schedules.

* Coordinating energy performance certificates (EPCs), property measurements and floor area records.

* Managing turnover information, including collating figures, supporting calculations and coordinating associated billing.

* Raising and managing purchase orders, supporting payment processes and maintaining relevant financial records.

* Providing administrative support to management surveyors, ensuring compliance with company policies and assisting with additional team requirements.
