HRGO are currently recruiting a Admin Assistant on behalf of our client in Ashford.
This is an office-based administrative role supporting a team with processing consignments, document checks, charging and customer queries. You will also use an AI system to assist with CHED checks and manually review any discrepancies.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Process and charge consignments
- Data entry
- Use AI to support document checks
- Maintain accurate records using Excel and other IT systems
- Contact customs agents and importers for outstanding documents and payments
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
- Provide general administrative support
🔍 What We're Looking For
- Previous administrative or customer service experience
- Good IT skills, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Import/export, customs or local government experience would be advantageous
