Middlesex (Hybrid – 2 days in office)
£50,000 – £60,000
A well-known beauty brand is looking for a hands-on, commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead its marketing function and drive brand visibility, engagement, and growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a 360° marketer who thrives in an SME environment and enjoys balancing strategy with execution.
The Role
- Own and deliver the marketing strategy across digital, brand, and trade
- Manage and develop a small marketing team – collaborative, supportive leadership style
- Drive performance across email, paid social, and influencer/content channels
- Lead brand campaigns and activations to increase visibility and relevance
- Partner with sales to deliver impactful retail/trade marketing initiatives
- Streamline processes and simplify communications across the business
About You
- Proven Marketing Manager experience (FMCG/beauty/cosmetics/fashion ideal)
- Strong digital marketing background (email, paid social, content/influencers)
- Commercially minded with a hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” approach
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Confident working in a fast-paced SME environment
