What you'll be doing

• Building relationships with Investment Bank & Hedge Fund managers

• Head-hunting & networking with high-calibre FinTech professionals

• Driving new business through strategic business development

• Consulting & negotiating with both clients and candidates

• Managing end-to-end recruitment and securing high-value placements

What we're looking for

• 2:1 degree or above (any discipline)

• Strong work ethic, resilience, and drive to succeed

• Competitive, ambitious, and results-driven mindset

• Confident, articulate, and personable – a natural communicator

• Experience in B2B sales or a sporting background is a plus
