Operations Manager

Be Personnel is recruiting an experienced Operations Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading international business, driving operational performance, continuous improvement and business growth.

 

The Role

You’ll support the Divisional Manager in leading manufacturing operations, managing teams and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational targets.

•Maintain high standards of health, safety, environmental and quality compliance.

•Monitor KPIs, sales, margins and operational costs.

•Oversee production planning, scheduling and delivery performance.

•Drive continuous improvement and manufacturing efficiency.

•Manage employee performance, training and development.

•Support business growth and deputise for the Divisional Manager when required.

 

About You

•Strong management experience within a manufacturing environment.

•Degree in engineering or a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.

•Proven leadership skills and a track record of achieving business objectives.

•Understanding of P&L, operational performance and continuous improvement.

•Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

•Strong commercial and customer focus.

 

Location
