You'll play an important role in helping create a positive learning environment where pupils feel supported, encouraged and motivated to achieve their best.
Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Assisting teachers with the delivery of lessons and learning activities
Helping pupils remain engaged and focused throughout the school day
Encouraging confidence, participation and positive behaviour
Preparing learning resources and classroom materials
Monitoring progress and providing feedback to teaching staff

Have experience working with children or young people
Are caring, reliable and proactive
Have excellent communication skills
Enjoy working as part of a team
Hold relevant qualifications or training (desirable)
