Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Sales and Operations Assistant to join a busy Head Office team. This role offers variety and the opportunity to support multiple departments and stores, with no two days the same.

About the Role

As part of a fast-paced department, you will provide operational and administrative support across Head Office and retail stores. Responsibilities include:

• Collecting and entering data across the department.
• Providing operational support to stores and Head Office teams.
• Offering first-line support for store retail queries, directing enquiries to the appropriate department when needed.
• Assisting with employee travel arrangements.
• Creating and managing users on in-house systems.
• Administering staff discount cards and training documentation.
• Recording Health & Safety reports.
• Producing and distributing various operational reports.
• Supporting HR enquiries from Head Office and store staff.
• Assisting with recruitment for new store openings.

Person Specification

• Experience or understanding of retail administration is advantageous.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage competing demands from multiple stakeholders.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled at building relationships and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
