Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Care Assistant based near Flint, your daily duties will include:

Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities
Administering medication (following training)
Supporting care staff and overseeing shift operations
Liaising with families, GPs, and other healthcare professionals
Responding to emergencies promptly and effectively
Maintaining clear, accurate records of care provided

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Senior Care Assistant, you will need:

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Previous experience in a care home setting
Supervisory experience in a care environment
A kind, patient, and reliable personality
Ability to lead a small team with confidence and warmth
Good communication skills and a genuine passion for elderly care
Mandatory compliance with an enhanced DBS check
