Job Description
Are you a UX designer who loves untangling complex problems and turning messy data into smooth, user-friendly experiences? We're looking for a mid-senior level UX Designer to join a consultancy where every project is different & challenging. Your mission? Make complex systems feel simple, intuitive and human.
Location: Near Central London (hybrid - 2 days/week in the office).
Start Date: ~5th January 2026.
Duration: 6 months (potential to extend).
Daily Rate: £400/day inside IR35.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Running your own user research sessions, talking to users and turning insights into elegant flows, wireframes and prototypes.
- Solving tricky B2B UX challenges - this isn't your average e-commerce gig.
- Collaborating with smart, multidisciplinary teams to deliver designs people actually love to use.
- Jumping into projects that are varied, fast-paced and always interesting.
What You'll Bring:
- Sold experience with complex, data-heavy digital platforms.
- Confidence running research and talking to stakeholders.
- A creative, problem-solving mindset and strong all-round UX skills.
- Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC).
