- Liaise with the other Year Leaders and Assistant Year Leaders, to ensure continuity and progression of high-quality pastoral provision throughout the school
- Contribute to assemblies on a regular basis in partnership with Year Leaders and existing Year Leaders, and take a consistent lead on administrating rewards and celebrations events throughout the year, under the direction of Year Leaders and SLT
- Cover the KS3/KS4 offices while current Assistant Year Leaders are in meetings, on duty or working with specific students or groups of students.
- Support on school trips and field work.
- Receive safeguarding and child protection training to join the school’s Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead team, led by the Designated Safeguarding Lead and the Headteacher.
Can you bring:
- A commitment to the highest aspirations and progress for all our students,
- An enthusiasm for the wellbeing and mental health of every young person in our care,
- A drive to remove barriers to students’ learning by providing them with effective support and guidance so that their learning is enhanced,
