Rate: £ 9.50 p/h
We are currently recruiting for a full time administrator/customer service advisor to work for a national parcel delivery company based in Fradley Park, Lichfield. Due to the location applicants will need to have their own transport.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 1330-2130.
Duties include speaking with customers with delivery issues, inputting data onto spread sheets, debriefing returning drivers and liaising with customers to rearrange deliveries.
Applicants will need to have previous experience in customer service, have strong administration/IT skills and be an enthusiastic individual who works well as part of a team.
This is a long term position with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
