North West (predominantly remote, with one day per week onsite in Manchester) | Up to £40,000

We are partnering with a reputable legal firm that is expanding its Salesforce team and requires a Support Analyst to ensure seamless platform operation and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily Salesforce support and user enquiries
• Resolve issues promptly, implement adjustments, and maintain platform health
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to optimise Salesforce functionality and usability
• Identify and recommend incremental improvements to enhance system performance and user experience

Person Specification

• Practical experience in Salesforce support or administration
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
• Salesforce certification is advantageous but not essential
• Based in the North West and able to attend the Manchester office one day per week
