About the Role

HGV Technician – Reading 

• Basic Salary: £50,000 Basic £64,000 OTE
• Hours:  Split Shift (alternating weeks): Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm  Monday to Friday 1pm – 10pm  Plus Saturday Rota of 1 in 3 working from 7am – 12pm.  
• Training & Certification Opportunities
• Overtime Paid at 1.5x Rate
• 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

• Collaborate with other technicians and departments to improve workflow.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients through professional and knowledgeable interactions.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience working as an HGV Technician.
• Relevant qualifications in vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to varying demands.
