We’re growing fast and we’re looking for an ambitious and driven 180 Recruiter to join our high-performing team. You’ll focus purely on candidate generation and talent management, working alongside experienced 360 recruiters and account managers who handle business development.to join our team. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s passionate about recruitment, technology, and personal growth; whether you’re an experienced recruiter or someone looking to take their first step into the world of ERP recruitment.

In your new role at BOSS, you will:

• Source and interview candidates using all the latest tools and technology.
• Qualify candidates and match against specific client vacancies.
• Network and build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Generate leads from your conversations and research.
• Maintain our database, CRM / ATS.

What we are looking for: 

• Previous recruitment experience (ERP/IT sector ideal, but not essential).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A results-driven, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people succeed.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A desire to grow, learn, and develop within a supportive, high-performing team.
